FAQs
Who do you work with?
I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) located anywhere in California. Many of my clients are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or the emotional challenges of caregiving.
Do you offer virtual therapy only?
Yes, all sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. This allows for greater flexibility and accessibility—whether you're at home, at work, or on the go.
Therapy Details
What can I expect in a typical session?
Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are designed to be a supportive space for you to explore what’s on your mind. We'll work collaboratively to better understand your experiences and create meaningful strategies for healing and change.
I also offer 90 minute sessions and intensives, up to 4 hours long in one day.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Depending on your needs, we may adjust to biweekly or occasional check-ins over time.
How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
A good therapeutic relationship is key. If at any time you feel I am not the right therapist for you, I am happy to provide you with three referrals so you can hopefully find someone who you feel is a better fit.

Each 50-minute session is $300.
Each 90-minute session is $450

Do you take insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I cannot guarantee your insurance will accept the Superbill- some won’t. I recommend checking with them first to see if they accept Superbills. Refunds will not be provided if your insurance will not accept the Superbill.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payments are made by credit or debit card at the time of your session. A secure payment system is used to protect your information. The first payment will be due at the time of scheduling your first session. Following fees will be billed 24 hours prior to the next visit.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
