Who do you work with?
I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) located anywhere in California. Many of my clients are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or the emotional challenges of caregiving.
Do you offer virtual therapy only?
Yes, all sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. This allows for greater flexibility and accessibility—whether you're at home, at work, or on the go.
Therapy Details
What can I expect in a typical session?
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and are designed to be a supportive space for you to explore what’s on your mind. We'll work collaboratively to better understand your experiences and create meaningful strategies for healing and change.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Depending on your needs, we may adjust to biweekly or occasional check-ins over time.
How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
A good therapeutic relationship is key. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a sense of how I work—no pressure or obligation.

What is your therapeutic approach?

Fees, Insurance & Logistics
What is your session fee?
Each 50-minute session is $200.
Do you take insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payments are made by credit or debit card at the time of your session. A secure payment system is used to protect your information.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Just a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space. You’ll receive a secure link before each session—no downloads required.
