That button will take you to my HIPAA-compliant calendar where you may request an appointment.

Once I confirm your appointment request (typically within 24 hours), I will email you the new client forms to digitally sign. Then, we will meet on your scheduled day.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, all sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing.

  • Therapy sessions are typically 50 to 60 minutes long. I also offer 90-minute sessions and intensives, up to 4 hours long in one day.

  • I draw from evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting (BSP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts Work), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

    • Each 50-minute session is $250.

    • Each 90-minute session is $375

    • Each 4-hour intensive is $1000

  • I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I cannot guarantee your insurance will accept the Superbill- some won’t. I recommend checking with them first to see if they accept Superbills. Refunds will not be provided if your insurance does not accept the Superbill.

  • Payments are made by credit or debit card at the time of your session. A secure payment system is used to protect your information. The first payment will be due at the time of scheduling your first session. Subsequent fees will be billed 24 hours prior to the next visit.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

  • Just a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space. You’ll receive a secure link from my HIPAA-compliant electronic health record company before each session, no downloads required.
